Good morning and wishing you all a wonderful day. After sleeping and feeling ill yesterday finally know why - got a slight cold and sore throat but it’s not much. My insect bites have gone down so I’m feeling much better today! Hoping I can go in the garden - I’ll be wearing socks with my trainers and the citrus spray to avoid any more bites!!
