After Mamdani released his "racial equity plan" which is essentially just a white people tax, I hit the street to ask people if we should tax white people by 2% to close the wealth gap.

@WallStreetMav @nickgerli1 Did this about 20 years ago. Out of 3 renters, two damaged the property and the last one moved out in the middle of the night leaving the property open and trashed. After that we sold it, never again.
