Good Morning ! "(Dominion) wouldn't even admit at first that they had an office in Serbia. Then it became, it's a little R&D office. Then, nah, the Serbian office IS the office. It's the center of gravity for all these systems, really, and Dominion is just a hood ornament on some machines made in Smartmatic. Serbia is the center, and by the way, everyone who touches this code has to be a US citizen who's got classified rating and has been checked out and stuff. They didn't even let anyone know they had an office in Serbia. Well now they're just writing the code. That's a lie. They're doing more than writing the code, the same way they get into that is the way they get into the machines.
