@LNER is there a problem with the app trying to amend my ticket and it says error try again later I don't want to loose the ticket I'm trying to purchase
@EdwinFuller1 Hi Edwin, when this operational decision was made, we had no ETA for the reopening of the line, Network Rail often also place restrictions on the number of trains able to run through affected areas. 1S21 was terminated short off the back of this. ^Emma
@LNER Its ok the line had reopened just before the train arrived into Newcastle but everyone was still kicked off. Why terminate the train at Newcastle even though it would have went back to Craigentinny after completing its journey at Edinburgh?
@janehorrocks_ Thank you for passing this on to us! ☺️ If you would also like to leave this feedback formally, so they can be nominated for a recognition for this by their manager(s), you would be able to do so here: lner.co.uk/support/custom…
On the 10.30am train to Newcastle today and met the delightful Hayley in the buffet car who went out of her way to find me gluten free and vegan food. Delivered to my table by Darren! @LNER

@LNER is the 6:40 am service from Leeds to London King’s Cross impacted by the Wakefield disruption? National Rail says all services in the route are cancelled but this appears normal on the app.

@inoobkilervip Rumour has it that Eleanor was meant to be part of the crew, but instead signed on to a 6-part Netflix drama about her dance skills #MainCharacterEnergy
@mipewh Due to a fault, the train was swapped, but the replacement train cannot operate all the way to Lincoln for operational reasons. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. ^Josephine
@lner How can this train to Lincoln be cancelled ‘because of a fault on a train’ when that train is going to get as far as Newark Northgate? Do you now employ psychics who can tell that the train (which hasn’t departed King’s Cross yet) will be faulty once it arrives at Newark?
👋🏻 Evening LNR, Ben here until 7am, any questions, ask away!
