@FarvaRangers I admittedly have never seen him play; but I’m not sure I see the benefit. Butland is certainly good enough and we really need to see who in the youth will come through. I’d probably rather someone older/more experienced for if McGuire or less likely Munn comes through

I wonder is we are looking at him to replace Butland, or have a year as Butland’s deputy before stepping up.
At only 20, he’s got lots of games under his belt for a keeper, and international caps.
Kelly to stay as no.2/3 and Wright to move on.
Does Butland leave in the summer?

Stefan Klos 🇩🇪 was signed on Christmas Eve, 1998, from Borussia Dortmund as a replacement for Andy Goram who had announced he was leaving at the end of that season. Making 297 appearances in 8½ seasons at Ibrox, 'Der Goalie' helped the team win 4 league championships, 4 Scottish Cups, and 3 Scottish League Cups. He left Rangers in 2007 after a string of injuries and subsequently retired. In his last season, he'd be replaced by Ronald Waterreus covering for Klos' injury.

@ArrC94 It’s more than lacking a Davis type player. Our midfield doesn’t have a that type but it doesn’t have creativity or goals too we are full of ball winners and nothing else. We can buy all the wingers and strikers we like but it won’t improve unless we fix the midfield

Rangers win that game yesterday if they still had a midfielder like Steven Davis.
Creativity around the box matters, but games like that require someone who can dictate tempo and punch passes through the lines.
None of the current crop do that. The creative issues start deeper.
