@FutureAZA @autoretire @ManButter21 Just today Elon said that AI5 will not be put in cars because HW4 is sufficient for unsupervised. If that's the case what are they waiting for? They can start upgrading now and deliver software later.

@autoretire @ManButter21 That's already been answered. Once unsupervised for HW4 is complete, they'll know what they need to crunch down.

@SeddyMC @ps3zocker @wholemars You don't understand. Netherlands goverment body approved FSD for Netherlands. EU parliament may vote to make it legal in other countries also. If they say no it will remain legal in Netherlands. They also did not prove it's safer than manual driving.

@madproxy @ps3zocker @wholemars It is a bad move politically to forbid an already approved tech from being used when your own regulators have already proved it is much safer than manual driving. You will instantly be accused of letting people die for politics. It is bad optics

@ps3zocker @wholemars RDW is a goverment body that must remain unbiased. European parliament is composed of politians who vote based on politics. Being biased is what they do best. It so happens that majority is held by the parties that Elon shits on the most.

@ps3zocker @wholemars If you think it will pass the EU vote, I have a bridge to sell you. Elon spends all his time shitting on EU politicians, accusing them of horrible things. They will vote no just to spite him, at which point he will have to try to get it approved in each country separately.

@madproxy @wholemars That‘s false. The same type approval that the RDW has given will be subject to the EU approval. They will vote on that specific approval, it‘s a yes or no question, no talk about changes.

@teslayoda I like how you guys never show details of the transaction. Omar does the same thing. Is it because it would show 1 share and you're just trying to pump the stock?

I added more $TSLA today. Not because it’s easy. Because I’ve seen this before. @Austen Starlink has 10 000 satelites and 9 000 000 subscribers so it comes to exactly 900 users per satelite. Not all these users are always active so each satelite actually actively services fewer than 900 users. So it seems he was right about that part.

I remember people tweeting this video at me all the time: A physics phd claimed each Starlink satellite could only serve ~1,000 customers at 20 Mbps, making the whole business model impossible. Plus the cost of launching satellites was too high to sustain.

People genuinely think no one at the company responsible for 86% of all orbital space launches bothered to think about the cooling problem. Reminds me when everyone was telling you Starlink was impossible because of unavoidable latency.

@cybrtrkguy "You stolen the banana." "My memory says I didn't." "Oh, sorry. Case closed than." Guys, that's not how law works. Party at fault always denies it. Tesla was already caught deleting the logs and than lying about FSD being off in another case.

DEBUNKED! The Cybertruck overpass crash in Texas has been proven to be human error. Tesla’s telemetry logs show FSD was disabled 4 seconds before impact, leaving the human driver full responsibility for making the proper turn. Good riddance!

@nimlot26 Hilarious how you call people out for talking about stuff they now nothing about and than say "it's not creating stuff based on someone else's images'. That's exactly what it does. That's how all AI models work. It's the very core of what AI is.

After this whole debate about DLSS 5 I came to the conclusion that most of the people talking about it are completely unaware of what they don't know...they're on the peak of ignorance and don't even grasp how little they understand. They just heard generative AI and like Pavlov's dog they just start drooling thinking it's the same shit as unethical slop image generators...for the love of Christ...go and educate yourself before raging on the internet for no reason. DLLS 5 is not a prompt based generator...it's not creating stuff based on someone else's images and hallucinates results. It uses the information from the raster to build up a final render frame with the same information but with better lighting and shading... I'll even give you an example on how much of an impact better shading and lighting has. This is a character I've worked on not long ago. On the left you have a raster render, with some bad shaders. On the right you have a render with raytrace on, a much better shader for both hair and skin. They don't even look like the same person...do they? This is what DLSS5 is doing....getting a result like the one on the right(tbh a lot better) at a smaller cost than actually rendering it. Still the same geo, same textures, same light sources. Some of you will go and say the one on the left is better and it's the artist's vision. It's not...it's just the artist's limitation due to shading and lighting constrains. Every single artist out there would love to get the right result in real time.

Elon Musk: For Starship to work, we still need to solve a problem that has never been solved by anyone. “What's the single biggest remaining problem for Starship? It's having the heat shield be reusable. No one has ever made a reusable orbital heat shield. The heat shield's got to make it through the ascent phase without shocking a bunch of tiles. And then it's going to come back in and also not lose a bunch of tiles or overheat the main airframe. Isn't that hard because it's kind of fundamentally a consumable. It just needs to last a very long time. We have brought the ship back and had it do a soft landing in the ocean. I've done that a few times. But it lost a lot of tiles. It was not reusable without a lot of work. So even though it did come to a soft landing, it would not have been reusable without a lot of work. So it's not really reusable in that sense. That's the biggest problem that remains. So if you want to be able to land it, refill propellant, and fly again, you can't do this laborious inspection of 40,000 tiles type of thing.” Interview with John Collison and Dwarkesh Patel, February 5, 2026

Final review- Waymo versus Austin Railroad. Confirming that Waymo has never performed the type of instant vehicle control that they claim they did at the railroad track incident. Let’s be clear and honest. If a supervisor can’t command this car (in the video attached) to make a tiny adjustment to the right and simply drive forward after several minutes of blocking all vehicles… Then there is zero chance that a supervisor took proper control of a Waymo at the railroad tracks within 8 seconds and made a calculated measurement to ensure that it was just the right distance from the tracks so that there was nothing to worry about. (also, they made that adjustment after determining that the car should not back up further because someone was tailgating them and then disappeared into the ether moments after tailgating) Let’s be clear and honest. If a supervisor can’t command this car to make a tiny adjustment to the right and simply drive forward; then a supervisor didn’t make the fastest ever identification and response to an alert in Austin in order to fit a PR narrative that all vehicles are under a constant safety oversight.
No Safe Words@Cyber_Trailer

The PR response from Waymo was even worse than estimated- x.com/cyber_trailer/…
