🚨NEW: It has been revealed that almost HALF of all NHS hospital trusts are using “non-doctors” to fill doctors roles! 🇬🇧 They are using under qualified staff to fill in “rota gaps”, with the doctors union describing the move as a “potential disaster” The advanced practitioners, AKA physician associates, offer one from a background of paramedics or nursing, however, the BMA has said bosses are going TOO FAR - pushing the staff way beyond their training ⚠️ This genuinely sounds like a disaster waiting to happen 😬

It is with a heavy heart that I write this. I have just learned of the passing of Stanley Batten. You may remember I asked people for financial help towards a last holiday then Birthday cards for his Birthday. I have been asked by the family to thank you again for your generosity and those of you that sent cards, thank you so much. I am sure you will join me in wishing sincere condolences to his family. Husband phoned Drs as he has a chest infection. Receptionist said to go to local pharmacy as they can give him antibiotics. Goes to Tesco Pharmacy & told they aren’t allowed to give out antibiotics & needs to see the Dr. Do these people actually know what they are doing 🙀

@DonaldH95707 @GalaxyChocolate Yes I’ve moved on but Galaxy was the best (IMO). Even Cadbury’s, Lindt and several others have gone down this route. All greed! Cheaper ingredients, lesser quality, same price.
