@therealreal How do I get a human being to answer a customer service question. An item I ordered never arrived and I am still being charged for it!

@SouthwestAir used to be terrific at customer relations. But today, I called with a question. Was told they would call me in 17 minutes. In 27 minutes they called, put me on hold, then hung up. I sent a DM Tweet this AM — 10-plus hours later no response. What gives?

@DeltaSkyMiles what a rip off! I have 4 companion tickets that I can’t use because there appear to be hardly and flights that are eligible, and if I do find one, my paid ticket is hugely expensive. Plus, the website makes it hard to find anything. Shame on you.

I finally talked to a human being (very nice one, I might add), only to learn that there are VERY few companion seats available on Delta fights. You need to try every permutation on the website, and maybe you can find one, but then the paid ticket goes WAY up in price, Boo!!!

@Delta What is the deal with companion tickets? It is nearly impossible to find which flights will allow them. I feel like this is on purpose, and it makes me really mad!
