@Starbucks Coram 112 - Glenmere Ln at 3:50 Jan 28, 2025: 10 minutes late with my order in empty store - didn't have apple pastry - I got refund but I looked on app and they never took item off mobile ordering - I said something and they start yelling at me in the store -ugh!

@MarriottBonvoy @AskAmex I earned 10k points on Amex Bonvoy card for "It's in the Cards" promotion but never got my points after the due date passed. I have had to follow up 3x with customer service for over 1hr over 3 weeks and I still have no points. Crazy!

@Nordstrom Xmas gift for my wife never arrived and I am not able to leave a message for this to be resolved as the chat and phone customer service are closed and you don't seem to allow an e-mail - please get back to me after the holiday to resolve this, thanks!

Carvel has gift cards but doesn't always want to accept them - Farmingville, NY location says they have a POS issue for 2+ weeks for gift cards. 2 weeks on a POS not working but just for gift cards and not credit and debit cards sounds kind of crazy right? @CarvelIceCream

@tacobell Waited 30+ minutes for my pickup mobile order at Taco Bell in Farmingville, NY on Sep 5th and had to give up and leave with no food☹️. Then complained next day asking for refund. 3 weeks later and it's no response at all.🦗 Come on @tacobell do the right thing!

This is crazy I escalated complaining about 2-3 days to resolve and @StarbucksCare just got back to me and and sent me a long winded DM telling me now I have to wait up 7 DAYS for some other group to do a simple reset to Starbucks account issue? What gives???@Starbucks

@Starbucks Locked out of my account for nearly a week tried texting customer service multiple times with no resolution, told me first to wait, then they said "will raise a ticket pls wait 2-3 days". This is really bad service - I have $90 locked up and 900 stars I cannot use

@foodiecard_ Is not willing to honor the discount when a restaurant stiffs the customer (i.e. Tap & Tapas in Northport). Restaurant refused a $50 discount for bogus reasons and Foodie just gave me 50 cents worth of gift card points for my trouble. Thanks but no thanks!

@MaxRewards Your product is great I use it every day, But your product also needs so much work - so many very basic silly errors in the attributes for the credit cards e.g. as of today still no gas/EV 5x on CFF. Feedback is courteous but resolution is unfortunately very slow.
