Dear Kartik, We regret the inconvenience caused and understand that carrying luggage through the staircase can be difficult. Please note that Churchgate Metro Station is equipped with a lift at Gate B1, and escalators at Gates A1, A2, B1, and B2 for passenger convenience.

The Churchgate Metro is a long labyrinthine walk way with steps. Bad luck, I need to take my luggage through this. Ideally there should be a lift no?

The owners of this car just left the car parked in the middle of the road and went shopping inside Sahakari Bandar. Not bothered that he is blocking traffic, peak selfish behaviour. Location : Outside Sahakari Bandar Matunga. @MTPHereToHelp
