Why is the bus route A 200 not running as per timetable? On 9th of May 8.59 was cancelled. Today 10.34 cancelled and 11.05 not yet come out from Wadala Depot! Our PM says use public transport! @myBESTBus @mybmc @mybmcInfra @CMOMaharashtra @TawdeRitu @AshwiniBhide @mumbaimatterz

Bus No. 498 is regularly late and today also it was heavily delayed. The live location keeps getting hidden during travel, making it difficult for passengers to track the bus. Near Sangharsh Nagar, the driver took the bus inside and stopped it unnecessarily for 10–15 mins -

आज दिनांक 06.05.2026 रोजी सकाळी 9.30 वा. BEST बसमध्ये दिव्यांग प्रवाशासोबत झालेली अमानुष वागणूक धक्कादायक आहे! मी 74% अपंग असून स्क्रचेसवर चालतो. आज सकाळी 9:30 वाजता घाटकोपर पोलिस क्वार्टर येथे बस क्र. MH-01 CV-8157 (डेपो 627) मध्ये प्रवास करत होतो घाटकोपर स्टेशनला जाण्यासाठी. ₹10 ची थोडी फाटलेली नोट असल्याने वाहकाने तिकीट देण्यास नकार दिला. फाटलेली नोट बॅंक स्विकारतात असे सांगितल्यावर आम्ही स्विकारत नाही असे उत्तर देण्यात आले. त्यांनतर जवळ असलेली ₹200 ची नोट दिल्यावर “सुट्टे नाहीत” म्हणत UPI द्वारे पैसे स्वाकारण्यास नकार आणि मला अर्ध्या रस्त्यात जबरदस्ती उतरवले! मला तिथुन स्टेशनला जाण्यासाठी 800-900 मीटर चालत जावे लागले, शारीरिक त्रास झाला आणि सर्वांसमोर अपमान सहन करावा लागला. हेच का BEST चे नियम? दिव्यांगांसोबत अशी वागणूक का? 👉 संबंधित वाहकावर तात्काळ कारवाई करावी! सोबत फाटलेली नोट व बसच्या आतमधील बसक्रमांकाचा घेतलेला फोटो जोडत आहे. @CMOMaharashtra @myBESTBus @MORTHIndia @India_NHRC @MSJEGOI @socialpwds #BEST #Mumbai #DivyangRights #Accessibility
