Going to court doesn’t enhance co-parenting; it punishes a parent.
It places your family in a system where all your resources are directed at 'winning' against your co-parent. At the expense of what's most important: your child's present and future health.

When you go to court, no one can guarantee the outcome or how much you'll pay for it! On the other hand, in mediation, you control the outcome and the cost.

I received this video of the chaos last night in downtown Minneapolis.
Today the council member who reps the area, Michael Rainville, told me National Guard should be requested until MPD is fully staffed. Mayor Jacob Frey’s office says they won’t be doing that at this time

Yes.. It's time for Minnesota family courts to put the needs of a child in front of the needs of an attorney.
Start both parents at an equal place, 50/50 custody in family court, a rebuttable presumption of equal shared parenting.. replace the conflict causing 25% presumption.
