🚨 RDW's official response to Tesla’s recent FSD Supervised announcement; Tesla Europe shared on X that they expect approval for Full Self-Driving (Supervised) soon. The Dutch Vehicle Authority (RDW) has now issued a clear, official reaction. Key takeaways from RDW: - Yes, Tesla and RDW are indeed in the final phase of the assessment process. - This follows an intensive joint testing program that started ~18 months ago. - Right now, RDW inspectors are thoroughly reviewing all test results and deeply analyzing the collected data. - Only after completing this careful evaluation will a decision be made on admitting FSD Supervised to Dutch/EU roads. - Road traffic safety remains the absolute top priority. No compromises. RDW normally doesn't comment on ongoing manufacturer applications (due to commercial sensitivity), but they made this exception because of the high public interest and speculation following Tesla's post. Full official statement (in Dutch): rdw.nl/nieuws/2026/re… We're getting closer, but safety first approach continues. Exciting times ahead for supervised autonomy in Europe. 🚗⚡🇳🇱 #Tesla #FSD #FullSelfDriving #RDW #AutonomousDriving #EV

@kurtbuhler Very promising. Also having the dedicated setup will improve its adoption. First shot report quality not bad indeed. Do you sometimes feed it with screenshots of the report in progress, explaining things to improve? Or does that not improve its output?

Agentic development of Power BI reports? You can do that with pbir-cli, yes. Here's an example; nothing fancy, just a simple report in a few minutes. The tool also comes with a bunch of Power BI report skills to help with various practical tasks if you use agents.

@Tesla Got a new offer just now: 181 euro less compared to the original. 1.5% less to be exact. Wonder why that is even a process, only leads to frustrations and administrative overhead. Why even offer a trade-in weeks upfront which is likely to expire before delivery anyway...

@Tesla Extremely simple, yes. Except when your approved trade-in offer expires 3 days prior scheduled delivery. Forcing you to resubmit and wait for the team to add a new offer... But sure, 2 minutes. 👏

Buying a Tesla is extremely simple You can order online within 2 mins & handle your entire delivery process via the Tesla app
Jason Fried@jasonfried

The last car we bought was a @Tesla Model Y. Painless purchase process. No salespeople, no showroom, no upsells, no games, no haggling, no pressure. Just a personal choice on my own time, and a simple few-minute process handled entirely via a clear and straightforward app. The next car we're buying is from another brand. And holy hell, it feels like I'm going back in time. Salespeople, back-and-forth charades, pricing games, "when can you come in?" before the deal is finalized tactics, etc. And I'm still doing it all via email so I don't have to deal with the showroom antics. I've modernized the process as much as I can from my side, and yet it's the same old same old. They don't even feel like the same thing. In one case I'm buying a car with all the baggage that comes with buying a car. In the other case I'm buying a Tesla with none of the baggage of buying a car. This experience could make me lament this other brand, but what it really does is make me appreciate and respect the lengths to which Tesla has fully reconfigured the car buying experience. It's become effortless, like buying any other product. As it should be. A car is just another product. Bravo.

I've been experimenting with tools that let AI work with and change Power BI reports (like MCP servers) for months. I've landed on the CLI as the preferred tool. Built for humans, optimized for agents. Built with Maxim Anatsko. Releasing to beta, soon.

@jasonfried @Tesla Belgian here. Sadly I cannot attest to this. My first Tesla model 3 purchase experience has been a hassle. All kinds of frustrations, and now, 3 days before delivery the cancel "expire" my already agreed upon trade-in offer. Sorry but that just sucks.

Audi CEO Döllner, "The drivetrain concepts will definitely swing back to [ICE]. That's what we see right now, and I don't know if battery-electric will come back that fast," It's unbelievable that CEOs of established car manufacturers still haven't understood that ICE has no future. CEOs who don't understand that simple truth have no future. caranddriver.com/news/a70578383…

Watch me optimize a Power BI semantic model from my phone... using a custom agent that has access to the Fabric CLI and some new tools we've made and are testing internally at Tabular Editor. I might share the agent on GitHub if interest. More info on these new tools "soon".

Anyone who likes dataviz and creates Power BI reports - I strongly recommend you try dataviz with coding agents in other code, tools, frameworks. You'll realize how much Power BI's core visuals hold you back in ability/efficiency... True even with skills, MCP, etc...

@netestapper Honestly I feel the same way. Since Q4 I have pbir skills, object model, and CLI that works great with agents (internal only not releasing anything until there's a proper support model) and I still am not satisfied with PBI vis. In Dec I decided to stop investing in report dev.
