Now very slowly relearning spontaneity in constrained containers past the automatic subconscious reflexes to hold on to dear life.

I'm very sensitive so many childhood events were "too much" and my body decided to do anything to avoid going there, hypervigilance and unlearning spontaneity. Being smart enough to keep functioning along the academic route till I had to start living my own life based on what I really wanted then just acquiesced till it imploded.
