Done with the upcountry delivery to Mumias a 2018 Nissan Note Medalist. 8 Lessons I Picked from Luhya Land 1) Western Kenya (Luhya Land) consumes some of the healthiest food and water in Kenya. For the first time in my life, I tasted real natural mineral ground water. 2) Bungoma Town seems more developed and vibrant than Kakamega. It appears to be the economic capital of Western Kenya. 3) Grannies seem addicted to soda, and it’s not good. At the Mumias bus stage, I witnessed an elderly lady finish an entire one litre bottle of Coca Cola Solo! Then a middle-aged man did the same with a half litre . It explains why lifestyle diseases like cancer are becoming more common. 4) Western Kenya takes education very seriously. The number of schools along the highway from Vihiga to Kakamega and along the Kakamega–Mumias road is very encouraging. My favorites are Mukumu Girls, Keveye Girls, and Kakamega High School. Mukumu Girls looks like a university. 5) Luhya men are among the most humble and respectable people in Kenya. They are also very generous. A visitor is welcomed like a king in Western Kenya. 6) Locals say not much major development has happened in Kakamega County since Oparanya left office. I heard this from people at the old Mumias bus stop where I had gone for breakfast. They serve ugali (posho mill), green sukuma wiki, and beef stew in the morning one hell of a breakfast! 7) Mumias has one of the highest Muslim populations in the region. 8) The ladies there are solidly curved . Not Fat but Naturally Musled & curved. They have the whitest set of teeth in Kenya. They are also very hardworking & arent lazy like our coastal Mombasa ladies. The Duruma & Digo ladies are the closest to Luhya Ladies

Men started agenda on tweeting like the way women behave to show them how dumb they behave. Guess what? Women said the men tweeting it sound so dumb. Yet again, some of the dumb gender can’t see that men are proving to them how dumb they sound with their unrealistic standards.

Cars aside, Allow me to speak my mind on the ongoing war between Iran vs USA & Israel The ongoing global conflicts have brought serious lessons for the world and have changed how global power is perceived. One of the most important takeaways is the military lessons emerging from these wars. Conflict remains a permanent possibility in the global order, as men driven by the desire to dominate and advance often seek to conquer territories that guarantee resources and increase their global bargaining power. I foresee the current war escalating to a point where ground troops may eventually be deployed in Iran. Such an operation could become a suicide mission for the invading side, despite claims that Iran’s air capabilities have already been neutralized. Air superiority may help win battles, but it does not decide everything. The morale of ground troops matters most. For the invading side, the conflict may be viewed as a battle to dominate and subdue. For the defending side, however, it becomes a fight for survival, often fueled by strong beliefs such as martyrdom. If the conflict expands to a prolonged ground war, it could become extremely bloody and chaotic. That is the brutal nature of war. Bringing the discussion closer to home, imagine a situation where Kenya faces an enemy determined to annex part of our coastline or seize waters rich in valuable resources. What would happen if our air, missile, and land capabilities were weakened? We might still launch operations from the ocean an advantage we have over our landlocked neighbors but once the conflict turns into boots on the ground, we might find ourselves at a disadvantage. One challenge is that our national policies do not require mandatory military service. Military participation is based on voluntary recruitment and employment. In the future, Kenya may need to consider adopting an approach similar to countries like South Korea or North Korea, where young men are required to complete military service. Yes, warfare is evolving with advances in technology. However, when push comes to shove, wars are still ultimately won on the ground. One possible approach would be to establish military barracks in every county and require all individuals graduating from high school to serve in the military for at least three years. The option to continue a military career could then be made after completing college or tertiary education. In major wars, when both the professional military and reserves are exhausted, a nation must be able to rely on a civilian population that is trained, capable, and willing to defend the country’s existence. That time may be approaching. In the current global order, no nation can assume it will remain permanently safe. Peace, as history often shows, can simply be a pause between wars. Let us learn from the conflicts unfolding today. @kdfinfo @WilliamsRuto

You know what’s funny? Wazungu have no problem marrying a single mother, even one with two children, but Kenyans think marrying a single mother is something bad. Stop this notion. Just because an irresponsible baby dad left her doesn’t mean she doesn’t deserve love.
