Yeah that's precisely what I've been wondering for a while now looking at the data, but it's actually even higher these last few days and it doesn't seem to show up on the chart.
So yes, they definitely know something we don't.
And even crazier is that the ratio between total active listings and total pending sales is getting better and better.
They are cooking.
