My therapists told me that some people just don’t have the capacity to sit with and face the pain. Jangankan menghadapi, merasakan “kosong”nya aja sulit buat mereka. So they choose to avoid it and fill the gap with another person who is in the line, because it’s easier for them.

🌳 Kinda curious, kok orang bisa ya cepet banget beralih ke orang baru pas kelar patah hati. Tau life must go on, tapi kok kerasa mudah bgt ya? Ini gua yang suka gamonan buat proses, atau mereka yang cepet sat set... (no salty ya guys 😔)
