ok i wouldn't usually do this but i am EXTREMELY impressed at @linkedin @LinkedInHelp customer support. I, a non paying user, had a really messed up bug where my cover image was completely busted with a server side error. The same rep stayed with me over DAYS trying to debug, then passed it on to someone in the backend who actually fixed it. Cannot believe this level of support honestly. Amazing.
