The front has been frozen and inactive for almost the entire war. Sure Russia has used Belarus for logistics and used its air space, but Belarus is refusing to do a land invasion from their territory. But if Ukraine attacks they will have no real choice. Zelensky just does not have the troops.
Its bad for Zelensky as it opens another front, bad for Belarus as it would be unpopular and make them more dependent on Putin and bad for Putin as logistics woukd be impacted.

Zelensky: Repeaters that were used to adjust strikes on Ukraine from the territory of Belarus have stopped working.
“Whether they were dismantled or not, I honestly don’t know yet, but we are working on it and I am very closely monitoring and receiving daily reports. The fact is that the repeaters are not working today,” the President of Ukraine said.
On June 19, Zelensky demanded that Belarusian dictator Lukashenko remove the repeaters and threatened that if this was not done within a week, Ukraine would do it.
Lukashenko did not publicly comment on Zelensky’s words.

@hopelessbulgar Seeing the mixed reactions in western media about his rebellion and later his death was so interesting. Was a rare time when the media seemed split and was not fully sure what to think. He will certainly be remembered for many years to come.

He does realize that the annexation of Crimea is not internationally recognized, yet Russian troops are still there and it is still a de facto part of the federation?
The idea that Ukraine could get a peace deal without losing territory, or even gaining back territory, is just delusional.

This argument falls apart for three main reasons:
1. Ukraine is depopulated as it is, trying to strech its population thin would only cause more problems.
2. 1991 Ukraine borders are more of a lost cause than 1947 Palestine borders because of regions that were never 1/2

The only copium of assorted pro-Russians left is Russia advancing in Kostyantinivka. However, Russia will sooner or later have to leave all the Ukrainian land Russia illegally occupies. The only internationally recognized borders of Russia are the borders of 1991.

Lots of echoes to this post saying Prigozhin's march was the last time people felt like things DO happen. A middle finger to the nothing ever happens order. That history can momentarily condense around one man's agency before returning to an amorphous blob

The results of the Iran war thus far are as follows:
- Americans are materially worse off
- The economy is worse off
- America is strategically weaker

Why were we willing to undertake such a disastrous war with no tangible benefits to America?

Before humanizers easiest way was just to ask AI to include spelling mistakes. Most humanizers now make grammatical mistakes. The entire story is weird icl. Perhaps they did write the manifesto but I doubt it. Cant see why anyone would bother with footnotes to look educated just to not even bother using a spell checker. To me it seems more like a lazy psyop that needed a manifesto that wouldnt score a 99% on AI detectors

Skimmed through the Montreal shooter's manifesto.
It's very typical "ideology salad", where bits and pieces of a whole lot of things are mixed together, all of which because the guy is reasoning backwards from anger and that this can't be his fault.

@BonerlandHitman @IanRunkle Easy to just ask it to include spelling mistakes or run it through a humanizer. Em dashes, footnotes etc. Most shooter manifestos are just rambling and very similar. If you are going to put in this much effort you would certainly leave in as few mistakes as possible.
