@JamesGAyling @MillieCheesey @MichaelAArouet You're missing the point entirely. If someone's rent is paid for them, they are still getting the benefit of it being paid for them. Making the argument that someone isn't getting a benefit because they don't physically get the money is ridiculous.

Something is clearly out of balance when someone earning £10k and someone earning £140k take home the same net amount. No wonder so many hard-working people and entrepreneurs are leaving the UK. Would you want to live in a country that punishes hard work and jobs creation?

@capaled Especially when you have the likes of Swansea showing off that they price away tickets at £20 but they charged us £30. We don't change ticket prices for away fans no matter who it is, can't think of an away ticket that cost less than £30 for us this season.

we've been invited to a 50th birthday and it's the first time I've ever been invited to a do like that where it hasn't been because they know me mam or dad. They know us and it's the oldest I've ever felt.

@Freyy_is @SandraW12208 I have one I tried to give to my son but it seems they're incompatible with ITunes now so it can't be synced or updated with new music. He can use it with my music but that's it, he has a tonie box which he really enjoys for music and stories with no screen.

@tobibeda @IntCyberDigest He's not using digital ID; he has verified using his licence, passport etc. You're misunderstanding what digital ID is. Digital ID is something created by the UK government that's mandatory and stored on phone / laptop that's required in place of ID like driving licence etc.

@patrickpops @IntCyberDigest For me, that activist who campaigns against Digital ID while using some form of it voluntarily is weird and wrong. He should be a living example of keeping physical ID viable everywhere. And I think that's what the post is trying to point to.

@tobibeda @IntCyberDigest You are arguing with yourself, I don't think digital ID is a good idea. We can and should be able to validate our identity in numerous ways as we currently can do in the UK. That is the point I was making in the post of someone conflating the two things.

@patrickpops @IntCyberDigest And all that online ID verification crap... it's a privacy nightmare. We already live in times where you can be identified with high success by your writing style, mistakes, and timings of your posts. Adding ID verification into the mix just makes dystopia real.
