CC is never going to be a defense specialist. It is not necessarily going to make her a better player. If Steph White can't work with that, then she should trade her. Let her go play for someone else.. Her star pupil KM is the worst defender on that team but we don't hear shit.

@john_aubrey12 @DBGyt_ Exactly. They’re all stat watchers. A player could have zero points, rebounds, steals or assists and be + 15 because it’s all about who’s on the floor with that player but they’ll say: “She was great!” They want analytics to drive the narrative. It’s stupid.

As I said yesterday. Caitlin Clark was literally Indy's best defender on the night, she did a better job than anyone else 1v1 yesterday Steph's system just let them target her in isolation every single possession which will lead to fouls.. Heck Raven only lasted 9 mins with it
