@Plusnet my broadband is due for renewal I dont usually look at "exclusive" deals for me but tonight I have and it is cheaper to be a new customer and get a £160.00 gift card.. And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch 😒

@Plusnet absolutely rubbish. Moved house on the 19th, my partner called the week before to arrange the switchover and was told it would be up and running on the 19th. No internet yet, called up and been told it won’t be up and running until the 30th. Absolutely disgusting.

@MorganMF9867 There shouldn't be any issues with dialling the number from abroad, as it is possible to do so. You can try using the country dialling code +44 330 1239 123. Should issues persist, you'll need to call us from another known working phone.
