I’m all for a great guerrilla/viral marketing stunt but it can’t be void of responsibility. It’s Earth Month, today @EarthDay and water is being wasted to melt @Drake ‘s ice block. Not to mention Toronto Fire Service’s time and our tax $$ This one missed the mark.

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support I called spoke directly to your escalation department your CSR Eddie told me he didn’t need to do anything and that there was no one else to talk to because he was following procedure. Clearly stated that Bell doesn’t need stick to agreements. Customers don’t matter

@bell After losing 2 vacation days to you not holding up your end of an agreement your loyalty department “Eddie” just informed me that Bell will not do anything. Unbelievable how acceptable it is @Bell to provide awful customer service. You can take our $ no problem though!
