I can confirm that @VFSGlobal is an organisation that forces people to choose Premium Lounge. I remember in 2022 I applied for the UK visa and VFS Global in New Delhi forced me to take lounge cause I was apparently 5 minutes late for the biometrics.

@DocJaspreet @VFSGlobal Sir what does rejection rate and response rate have to do with service and experience with vfs? My only point is I had a bad experience with vfs not the visa process or embassy

@prithvi137 @VFSGlobal And they find small things like pic, print size, additional printouts and then force you to pay exorbitant prices for these small things.. I think their avg price per customer from printing will be 150..you got your laptop.. Won't allow and charge 300 just to keep it

@prithvi137 @VFSGlobal They did the same with me when I arrived 5 mins late which was because of the queue outside to enter the application center. :) And then they asked for 2500 bucks extra to upload one copy online. ONE COPY.

@DocJaspreet @VFSGlobal I have faced similar pain with Schengen, Canada, and Japan visa too. I hear many stories of pain and sorrow from their customers now.

@prithvi137 @VFSGlobal I was so pissed and gave an earful to both the case officer as well as lounge manager Ruby. I got a refund for it though but unethical practices is what they do.

@ChadMecha83 @VFSGlobal I know it is easy to call out people but imagine being late for genuine reasons that are out of your control. And what is “Indian” about it? How many populations have you studied to understand this?The “apparent” is a sarcastic addition in my case cause I wasnt late in my case.
