I can’t remember if his 15 days are up, but the Yankees need to call Cruz up ASAP. The Blackburn/Yarbrough thing is not great. Cole and Rodón have shown they’re healthy. One of those relievers has to go.

If the Rams make a deal for Myles Garrett, the deal would not include Jared Verse. BY + '27 1st + '28 1st would be the starting point. Could potentially move one of Fiske/Turner, but doubt they are included. As this drags on, CLE loses leverage.

The only hitter with superstar-caliber impact that has an actual shot of being traded this deadline is CJ Abrams. His price of acquisition could be sky-high, but he might be the kind of player who is worth it.

When the broadcasting team is making jokes and criticizing him, it’s a problem. This has nothing to do with any other aspect of his game.
