I spent the last 3-4 months away from a screen. Culminated in 30 days at the Isha Ashram in Coimbatore doing Yoga for 6-8 hours a day, finishing with an 8-day intense silence (Samyama). The big realisation: I had been living by a script that wasn't mine. Seeing that clearly has opened the door to start completely afresh. This week I finally plugged back in. It's clear in these few months that AI has moved forward what would typically take a decade. And I don't mean incrementally, the way products are built has fundamentally changed. The old playbook has to be burnt entirely. A brand new script has to be written. We've entered a fundamentally different world from the one I've operated in over the last fifteen years. Leverage is shifting quickly. One individual, properly positioned, can now do what once required entire organizations. The second-order consequence is huge. How I allocate my time in this world is going to completely change. I strongly believe this next phase will reward clarity, taste, and depth far more than just brute force execution (especially on the software side). This is an insanely exciting time. To me, it's reminiscent of the App Store launch in 2008 when I first started building. Except 1000x. It's like being a beginner all over again. The learning curve is going to be exponential and what more could one ask for. LFG✨
