@British_Airways customer services are the worst I’ve ever experienced. Delayed flights and missed connections have left me stranded in Joburg for 2 days now with no baggage. Not a soul to speak to and all numbers provided are useless.

@British_Airways customer service is a total shambles. Flight from London - Jonburg delayed by 2 hours so we missed our connection. Left for dead in joburg airport. 2 hours of queuing to be told to go somewhere else. Shambles from BA. no idea if I’ll get to Zambia this week!!!
