In the case of south Africa I rural areas which is where the majority of the people live there's no such thing as emergency services. It's either you die or we get a car to rush you to hospital. South Africa remains a country of two nations. The realities of your Joburg or cape town are not necessarily what we experience in our villages. It's just like Nigeria.
