@BenAllenGP As a Cancer Nurse I’m seeing this all the time - They are seeing ‘results’ without context and plans. We all know, in health care , one of the most important conversations we have are ‘breaking bad news’ or sharing important information. Needs to be face to face xx

⭐ Patients are increasingly finding out they have may have cancer by seeing their results or codes on the NHS app... ⭐ 1) Letters from hospitals to GP, coded & added to NHS app, before broken bad news. 2) Results filled, but not 'hidden', then seen before bad news is broken.
