Is there a suitably powerful way for activists to say ‘good, but needs to be much better’? Because that sounds bland and underpowered. And yet ‘blah, blah, blah’ feels wrong in the face of very serious, if flawed, attempts to try and tackle the crisis.

@LeoHickman Have heard a lot say they no longer pander to climate deniers but it feels they are getting played by new tactics of fossil companies: muddying the waters, can-kicking to distant targets, deflection onto individual action and itstoolate-ism. Fair?

This kind of crap is what’s blocking climate action. The Telegraph (the UK govt’s house title) pulling out its greatest hits of deflection, delay, distraction and scare-mongering with its climate coverage recently.
