@TUIUK still haven’t been refunded for a cancelled excursion. Despite contacting you last month and being promised the refund. Complaint number 20767305
@staceyhackett Thanks for confirming. I'm only seeing one service currently cancelled so your ticket is normally valid for the train before or after. Please could you send a photo/screenshot of your ticket over DM and I'll just double check it for you.
