@techno_techie @Protestia I'm sorry to hear that. But, respectfully, then they clearly weren't biblical elders. Check out the qualifications that are listed in 1 Timothy and Titus. A congregation has a responsibility to ensure any elders and elder candidates meet those qualifications. If not, leave.

@revjeffvox @Protestia Biblical elders mean so little today. Mine didn't hold my ex-pastor accountable, while the fire sent smoke for 8 years. He arrested and charged with DUI, doubled down, blew up the Church and plowed over the men who covered for him. They all still "lead".

During my break from normal work I am focused on getting to the gym as much as possible.
I only share this because when I see other guys prioritize lifting and cardio I find myself inspired too.
If nothing else. Do some pushups and squats and go on long walks. It’s worth it.
