The Wizards could’ve arrived here with Avdija if they didn’t waste 4 years giving touches to Westbrook, Dinwiddie and other mid PGs. They drafted a 6-8 point forward but didn’t give him the ball. Never made sense. The Blazers figured out how to use Deni basically right away.

@TalkNats I’ve been consistent the whole time. Wood is my favorite of the young Nats and I would do whatever it takes to extend him now before it gets too late. All other teams do this but ours

The Wizards trailed by 20 after the first quarter on Tuesday. They trail by just 8 after the opening frame tonight. So, a small victory… Bub Carrington has made a few threes but was also blown by numerous times en route to layups for Chicago’s guards. Wiz trail, 32-24.

Seeing the reaction of Brooklyn Nets fans on Twitter last night was wild. Reminded me of how Wizards fans used to feel during the Sheppard/Grunfeld days when they refused to ever rebuild. With that being said, the Wizards keeping their pick makes this season a success.

Seems like the Cam Boozer floor is Kevin Love but better shooter, passer, more efficient. That player isn’t worthy of being top 3? Don’t over complicate what’s not complicated.

@Wiz_Weekly Bilal is too low I think. Has been excellent for several weeks and is a legit 2 way player. Tre can shoot but he hasn’t shown that he is anything but a shooter.

How I’d rank the current Wizards young core: 1. Sarr 2. Kyshawn 3. Riley 4. Tre 5. Bilal 6. Champagnie 7. Watkins 8. Vuk 9. Bub 😔 I feel great about the top 4 guys, and Bilal/Champagnie will probably stick as role players Hopefully one of Watkins/Bub/Vuk can pop next year
