@DellCares Paid ~$4,000 for a Dell XPS laptop 2 weeks ago. Keyboard just stopped working. Dell promised new one to be delivered & installed @ 4pm today. They no-showed! Now Dell says could be MONTHS before I get it repaired as the keyboard is back-ordered w/ no ETA. NOT OKAY!!
