@FeverPotomac @Janeese4DC You’re confusing ‘not jailing people before trial by default’ with ‘letting violent criminals go.’ Those aren’t the same thing. Judges already have the power to detain dangerous people and the data shows pretrial release isn’t what’s driving violent crime
