@TrumpLo68850562 @Timcast I think licensing to drive is because you’re driving on roads created by the state and the federal government and it protects the safety of others. Owning a firearm in my home is to protect me and has no bearing on you or your rights. How I do it is not your concern.

@Timcast I don’t think reasonable people are arguing against owning a gun to protect yourself. The reasonable argument is that you probably don’t need an arsenal of semi-automatic weapons. And anyone who wants to own a gun should go through licensing similar to that of people who drive.
