SCOTUS may rule that birthright citizenship is constitutional, using precedent and a loose interpretation of an earlier ruling, so we may need to approach the issue of one million Chinese communists voting in our elections in the future differently. As it holds, they can’t even be denaturalized. There would definitively and permanently be no solution and creating citizens of those who dilute our values is republic ending. What we can do now, is aggressively and publicly enforce FARA, the Espionage Act, and related statutes against anyone (citizen or not) acting under CCP direction. Prosecute espionage, influence ops, and undisclosed CCP ties. That’s really it though. If it’s ruled constitutional for anyone infiltrate and dismantle our republic, all we can do is try to disincentivize it. How utterly demoralizing.

@ShaneSchaetzel A question I've had for those who call for an Article 5 Convention, given that most of the country splits 50/50 on the vast majority of topics, what makes you think that a convention would clarify your interpretation of the Constitution as correct, rather than restrict rights?

@JetSetGent @TRHLofficial So, "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means "citizens" but they couldn't use the term "citizens" because it was defining the term? Doesn't that bring us back to the beginning where we now, again, need to define "subject to the jurisdiction thereof"?

@txrealitycheck @TRHLofficial Because 14th amendment itself defines who is and isn’t a citizen. You can’t use the term in the language that defines the term

@TRHLofficial If SCOTUS makes this decision, it will be based on politics rather than Constitution. It’s crystal clear what “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” means - it means citizens ONLY. It doesn’t even include permanent residents.

@TRHLofficial We should reintroduce and enforce the "Chinese Exclusion Acts." Wouldn't that more effectively do what you are promoting? After all, it's not like the Soviets didn't have cold war era spies who were legally "domiciled" whose kids were natural born citizens under govt's argument.

@goraiders32 Well, in the Apollo program they needed a launch pad (which the base of the landing craft acted as) and favorable weather conditions (no clouds or strong winds). But with the reduced gravity and atmosphere the strength of the rocket thrust required were lower.

If a rocket needs a launch pad and perfect conditions to launch from earth, what does it need to launch from the moon?

@Polymarket Sources have verified the full Epstein files will be released at the close of the address, with no more redactions beyond what is necessary to protect victims. Also, the first 10 arrests of the pedos in the files will be made and streamed live as part of Trump's address. AF.

@spikesguides In other news, as nobody under age 75 watches major broadcast TV networks, very few will have their entertainment interrupted this evening.

@GuntherEagleman The fifth and eighth amendments require judges be willing to err on the side of lesser bonds prior to conviction. Any bond they impose must be determined as the least restrictive means to ensure the attendance of the accused and protect the public.

If you let your dog loose and it kills someone, you can be held criminally accountable. If a judge lets a violent criminal loose and that person kills someone, the judge is not held accountable. Why?

@FrittersMcG @TheLaurenChen Now they still have a lawsuit and a dead child because they depended on outside sources to resolve issues. I ignored at that age in response to bullying and it lessened. I expected the same thing from my children when they received bullying at that age, and it also lessened.

@txrealitycheck @TheLaurenChen His parents went down to the school 20 times, and lawsuits take years to resolve. Expecting a tortured 10 year old child to "ignore" it is just plain stupid. Ignoring reality does not work and we are designed to notice and respond to threats.

@Oceanbreeze473 Are you recommending 42 million people starve? Otherwise, given demands wouldn't drop, and supply would have no further incentive to increase, requiring poverty stricken SNAP beneficiaries to pay full price out of their non- existent discretionary funds would do nothing to price

Maybe groceries are so expensive because 42 million people get theirs for free.

@FrittersMcG @TheLaurenChen Ignore the bullies is one thing that helps. They do what they do to get a reaction. Sounds like parents should have helped more too (just like going to a manager) by acting to pick up the kid and/or sue the school for creating a hostile environment (by not addressing complaints).

@FrittersMcG @TheLaurenChen And, assuming management is ok with it, you can refuse service, but it doesn't stop you from having to deal with the customer. Still have to tell them to leave and deal with their complaints, sometimes until cops come to remove them.

@FrittersMcG @TheLaurenChen Glad to know you're so wealthy that you have never had to put up with horrible customers or management because you are living paycheck to paycheck. The rest of us have to learn how to deal with that sh*t.

@FrittersMcG @TheLaurenChen Absolutely. If the work environment is actually hostile/abusive. There is a difference in staying in an abusive work environment and not leaving simply because you had a bully for a customer or a bully in management. That is something present in every work environment.

@SelfMadeMastery I don't know, there are some highly incompetent ceo's that cause one company after another to fail (they keep getting hired bc they have "experience"). They may not be most rewarded, but they get rewarded more than highly competent subordinates in that same company.

@SenTuberville Please remember, NIL deals are not deals with the school, they are deals with businesses seeking to use the name, image, and likeness of the player in their advertisements. What you are asking for is to tie the player to a school as an unpaid employee.

@Timcast Collector cards, like other blind bag type purchases, only have a theoretical value until you actually look to sell them. While there may be some cards that are more rare, that does not inherently mean they will have greater value. Thus the value is only $10 for the card pack.

If a vending machine sells random collector cards for $10 and says card values range from $1 to $100 is that gambling?
