Looking for advice from experienced DTC/eCommerce operators
I have campaign that has insanely good metrics and converting very well at spend of only around $800-$1k per day (stock issues, running pre-orders currently)
I'm going to sell out of inventory soon, and have large purchase order that needs to get to me for a holiday deadline.
Inventory should arrive in time, but not 100% positive, so may want to pause all pre-orders to avoid chargebacks if not arriving on time
Which would mean I’d have to turn off the campaign, but I see tons of people saying to never turn off a performing campaign, because it won’t perform as well once you turn it back on (no idea if that’s true or not)
Would you pause the campaigns completely?
Reduce budgets significantly and mark products out of stock and just eat some ad spend temporarily (~1-2 weeks)
My main concern is protecting campaign performance while avoiding fulfillment issues and chargebacks if inventory is delayed.
What would you do?

Yes boys,
Reposting this as the link wasn’t working before.
Today’s the day.
5 months ago I shut down Nugen Network.
The original mentorship that helped 600+ founders over 3+ years.
Honestly one of the hardest calls I’ve made in business, but it was the right one.
Since then, we’ve spent 5 months building this properly.
Testing the model.
Scrapping what wasn’t good enough.
Rebuilding the playbook.
Locking in the mentors.
Signing the right service partners.
Mapping the full system.
And now Nugen Founders is officially live 🥂
This is the repeatable operating system behind how I scaled my own brand to $1M/month and exited another.
Built specifically for founders doing $30k–$300k/month who are ready to break through their next ceiling.
Genuinely buzzing for this one.
Check it out here 👉 nugenfounders.com
Let’s scale real brands.

The sad thing about the reputation the info space has is the amount of young and motivated individuals who start to think legitimate online business is a pipe dream and give up on chasing a bigger vision.
For every public facing online entrepreneur I know there’s another 5-10 that are successful and prefer to keep their ventures private.
There’s bad actors in every space whether it be info or another business model. But I only got into entrepreneurship because of people openly sharing their journey & experiences online and I’ll always see it as a net positive.
