I have a plugin that serves as a persistent memory layer and structured toolkit for ai agents operating in WP. It keeps becoming more effective as I continue to iterate. Currently being used with OpenCode on the server side but eventually it could use a WP native runtime. Finally hit $1M ARR! Not on schedule. Not in a straight line. Growth went mostly flat for most of Q3 and Q4 last year. That painful stretch forced us to get brutally honest about what was actually driving value. The biggest lever? Pricing. We spent nearly a year reworking it. Testing relentlessly. Talking to customers. Making dang sure it matched the value we were delivering. When we finally rolled it out, it worked. But pricing alone isn't enough We overhauled onboarding. Shortened time-to-value dramatically. Moved upmarket on purpose. Killed our consumer plan. Tightened sales. Started building a real agency partner motion. We also brought in a CGO and started operating less like an early-stage experiment and more like an actual company. $1M ARR is a milestone. But now we're building leverage: • Stronger sales systems • Partnerships + agencies • Hyper-personalization • Paid acquisition with tighter ICP • AI agents running internal ops Our first AI "employee" already transformed how we run marketing and docs, and we're deploying more to build a full 24/7 AI workforce. Flat growth didn't break us. It forced us to grow up & adapt. DocsBot is just getting started, next target $5mill!

Hey... so... Claude Code is really good at design?? 👀 This was a ONE SHOT PROMPT. 🤯 We always asked Lovable to build "Design System" pages for our apps and they were always meh. We asked Claude Code to take a swing at it just based on our logo, a font, and brand colors. This is... really, really good for a one-shot prompt.
