@virtuallyinside Within the app, you should be able to see your plan information and your bills, plus any add-ons that might be on the account for each number. We do also show information around any offers that we think might be of interest to you.

@EE I just told you explicitly. Do I ask my question again, what is the app for except a shop front for your products? It has no use to the customer as far as I can see.

@virtuallyinside Hi, the EE app does not show IP addresses and should not affect any of these either. What is it in the EE app you are trying to view?

@EE There must have been a reboot while I was out and two of my cameras were not working. I needed to check the IP addresses applied automatically but I couldn't get that info in the app.

@virtuallyinside Could I just double-check what details you're trying to see through the app that aren't showing at the moment?

Admittedly, if you really scrutinise the shelves you can see that the mix box has a white shelf label beneath them completely negating the word ANY. It might be legal but it cerainly designed to hoodwink your customers.

@Morrisons You stock Driscolls fresh fruit packed as Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries and Mixture of Blueberries and Raspberries. All on the same three shelves emblazened with ANY 2 for £5. I chose the mix box and the strawberries. I was charged £6.50.

@Morrisons why has the whole range of Lick e Lix cat treats disappeared from your store and more importantly, is it coming back?

@ITVX please sort this service out. Why did it keep randomly shutting down during episodes?

@virtuallyinside Hi, our gift cards are valid for 4 years from their last balance check or transaction. If you check the balance via your account, that should reset the 4-year period. Denise
