عن معركة الخيام المستمرة: 1/ حتى اللحظة، لا يزال العدو عاجزاً عن تجاوز مدينة الخيام أو الالتفاف حولها باتجاه بلدتي دبين وبلاط، ومنهما نحو البقاع الغربي. 2/ كما لا يزال عاجزاً عن احتلال شمال المدينة، أو التوغل فيها، يعني حتى الآن لم يحتل المدينة أو يثبت تجمعاته فيها التي تتعرض لاستهدافات. 3/ هذا الواقع الميداني يمنعه من تكريس فكرة الشريط الحدودي المحتل. 4/ في الانتشار الميداني، عمد إلى خفض عدد الأفراد والآليات داخل الخيام بهدف تقليل الإصابات والاستهدافات، في ظل استمرار المقاومة في استهداف مواقعه وتجمعاته بالصواريخ وتنفيذ عمليات تسلل وإيذاء. 5/ آخر المؤشرات على ذلك ما أُعلن عن استهداف دبابة في الحي الغربي وانتشار التجمعات جنوب المدينة، بما يعكس استمرار الاشتباك المباشر داخل نطاق المدينة. 6/ حالياً، يعمد إلى تفجير المنازل والمباني في جنوب الخيام، ولا سيما في أحياء المعتقل، المسلخ، ووادي العصافير، إضافة إلى مناطق من وسط المدينة حيث تمكن من الوصول. 7/ بالتوازي، يواصل قصف خطوط الإمداد شمال الخيام بمختلف الوسائل، عبر استهداف الجسور والمنازل بالقصف الجوي والمدفعي، في محاولة لقطع التواصل اللوجستي. 8/ إلا أن خط الإمداد من جهة دبين وبلاط وصولاً إلى البقاع الغربي لا يزال متصلاً وعصياً على القطع، فيما لا تزال المقاومة ثابتة في شمال مدينة الخيام.
