@Infosys_GSTN @GST_Council @gstindia tried using e-invoice gepp portal 1st step ... add a URP . i put the address and it says 'Error' i need to select "other countries" option in state... why? its a state in india and i am selecting it.

@talonx What timing! . GST helpdesk just clarified - You can go ahead , enable e-invoicing, even if AATO < 5Cr, ignoring the warning/ declaration. So i guess, that clears the path now for smaller business trying to get on board AWS marketplace. good luck.!

@talonx things changed in Nov 2025 . they allow Indian sellers on AWS marketplace. But there are many more hurdles... which perhaps they themselves didn't foresee...around GST e-invoicing.

Is there any hope? The context is trying to sell on the AWS marketplace if your company is registered in India. As of now, that is not possible. You cannot even list a free product there if you are not in one of the "supported jurisdictions". I think it's hard for somebody outside India to fathom the immense hurdles if you are a solo founder here and trying to sell SaaS internationally. The screenshot is from a Reddit thread.

@AWSCloudIndia sellers need to enable GST e-invoicing, but GOI has restricted e-invoicing to those with turnover> 5 cr. Even if you want to 'opt-in' to e-invoicing, GST wants you to declare that you have turnover > 5cr. Startups- be careful before u venture. @GST_Council @Infosys_GSTN

@ProteanEgovTech I did it - PDF and I did it along with the helpdesk - they guided me to go to iloveupdf.com / then another size ot get PDF to 270KB, then 290KB... he also did at the same time. it did not work.

IT portal, try updating the PAN no. against TAN, it fails. why? b'coz u need to pay 77 rs. to proteans - a pvt firm. ok np. will pay. now their website does not work. their helpdesk said send an email - sent - no action. How do i operate my company. @IncomeTaxIndia @NICMeity

@ProteanEgovTech My request id no. is 1140562. i already spoke to your helpdesk, then supervisor several times. , , they also tried uploading dummy and it failed. So once you fix your system, tell helpdesk to message me .

@IncomeTaxIndia @NICMeity So their response after 48 hrs is that JPG is not allowed, - PDF only. Same email say both allowed. PDF route was already tried, but still called the helpdesk. They said PDF should be > 250KB and < 300KB. that too did not work. These people are incharge of our citizens PAN , TAN

जिलाधिकारी, पटना को रात्रि में लगभग दो बजे दूरभाष पर सूचना मिली कि बोरिंग रोड चौराहा-हरीलाल स्वीट्स के पास एक बिल्डर द्वारा काफ़ी बड़ा गड्ढा कर दिया गया है जिससे आसपास के घरों को खतरा हो गया है। सूचना पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए जिलाधिकारी द्वारा अपर जिला दंडाधिकारी (आपदा प्रबंधन) एवं एनडीआरएफ की टीम को स्थल पर भेजा गया। ये सभी रात्रि में ही मौके पर पहुंच गए तथा इनके द्वारा लोगों की सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर आवश्यक कार्रवाई प्रारम्भ कर दिया गया। जिलाधिकारी ने स्वयं आज सुबह लगभग 8:30 बजे इस स्थल का निरीक्षण किया तथा स्थिति का जायजा लिया। स्थानीय लोगों से भी संवाद स्थापित किया गया। स्थानीय लोगों ने कहा कि बिल्डर द्वारा करीब दो-तीन घरों से सटाकर बड़ा गड्ढा कर दिया गया है। इसमें पानी भी भर गया था। गड्ढा के कारण आस-पास के इन घरों को खतरा हो गया है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि इन मकानों में रहने वाले लोगों को असुरक्षा महसूस हो रही थी। इसलिए सभी लोगों को सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से इवैकुएट किया गया है। बिल्डिंग्स को गिरने से बचाने के लिए हरसंभव प्रयास किया जा रहा है। निरीक्षण के क्रम में आस-पास के अन्य मकानों एवं छोटे दुकानों को भी चिन्हित कर खाली कराने का निदेश दिया गया। उस क्षेत्र की घेराबंदी (cordon-off) कर दी गई है ताकि किसी को कोई खतरा नहीं हो। अधिकारियों को सभी सुरक्षात्मक उपाय सुनिश्चित करने के लिए निदेशित किया गया है। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि तत्काल एक त्रि-सदस्यीय समिति गठित की गयी है जिसमें अपर ज़िला दंडाधिकारी (आपदा प्रबंधन), अपर नगर आयुक्त तथा भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता, पटना सदर सदस्य के तौर पर नामित किए गए हैं। समिति को इस तथ्य की जाँच करने का निर्देश दिया गया है कि बिल्डर द्वारा बिल्डिंग बायलॉज़, आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम एवं अन्य सुसंगत प्रावधानों का पालन किया गया है अथवा नहीं। अनुपालन नहीं किए जाने की स्थिति में बिल्डर के विरुद्ध तत्काल प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जाएगी तथा अन्य आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जाएगी। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि ऐसी स्थिति अन्य स्थानों पर उत्पन्न नहीं हो इसके लिए सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निगरानी रखने का निर्देश दिया गया है। अनुमंडल पदाधिकारियों को अनुश्रवण करने का निदेश दिया गया है। @officecmbihar @thiyagarajansm2
