Bengaluru East City Corporation: 1,707.51 sqm of road-widening properties along ITPL Main Road have been taken over under Revised Master Plan 2015, which proposes widening the road to 150 ft, Commissioner DS Ramesh said. The land includes: Regulus Developer (HSBC Bank) - 500.28sqm; Elegant Properties (Ozone Icon) -606.23sq. m; and Trifect Developer- 601 sqm. Signboards have been installed to prevent encroachment.
