i wish there was like a therapist that you can lay out all of your functional dependent (meaning I need X, but I can't get it because Y) issues with that would actually help you with them. how do you rebuild when every aspect of your life has been affected. so many things prevent me from getting the things that i need. i don't need to talk about my childhood i need dental care and health care and clothing and maybe then I could work I wouldn't feel depressed if I wasn't in poverty

@gripmyhip @lilcatpuke When I was like 25 a coworker asked me how old I was and I told them, then they said "damn I would have guessed like 18 or 19" I'm like lol what why? "oh it was the acne" at least it's only for abt a week every month lmfao. i don't own makeup but I can only imagine 💀

@lilcatpuke I have adult acne and other skin crap and I don't know how girls with skin issues even wear makeup because I can't without looking like the surface of the moon

And I'm here to tell you that it looks really bad and if you aren't covering anything please fucking stop doing that and switch to a primer that doubles as skincare, powder blush,bronzer and highlight, and a good setting spray to lock it in. You will feel better within a week

much of anxiety and depression comes in survival mode because it is exhausting. i just feel like a societal reject and i don't mean that in a quirky black sheep way. just slipped through the cracks in a society that doesn't give a shit, but it's not anyone else's job to take care of us and it's surely not society's. i just can't hack it or manage it effectively there are too many factors that depend upon one another and I have collapsed
