In the next version of Bun Bun's JavaScript runtime uses 5% less memory

This is due to a combination of bugfixes and implementing missing platform-specific features in WebKit/JavaScriptCore's memory allocator, and from upgrading mimalloc and fixing bugs in mimalloc (another memory allocator Bun uses).
