@elisabeth_ugc I appreciate the candor of your (hopefully genuine 🤪) question Money isn’t the whole point — I’m building a business for freedom to be home with my babies 😊 But yes, for the expertise & skill we provide in critical moments, nurses are underpaid What inspires you to do UGC?

@allie_ugc it was genuine! that makes me so sad because NICU is INTENSE, and I also completely understand you wanting to be home with the kids!! For me? I'm an entrepeneur, it's in my bones :) and I want to give my fam financial freedom

@elisabeth_ugc Those are SUCH great reasons! 🙌 It’s amazing that we can truly change our family trees by building something of our own online! Sadly, nursing has long struggled with fair pay — especially given the responsibility we carry. It’s a beautiful career, but a tough balance!
