Am I crazy or are random unrelated tweets being injected into Twitter threads (replies)? Is this a "feature" or something?

@codejake I’m only here a few minutes each week now. Partly because of the replies being so janky. Really annoying (and they’re my fav part). I assumed it was bots, but maybe there is a bug compounding it. 😅 (I’m thankful the butterfly is unfurling its wings and a stable go-to now.)
