@netsolcares 'If your request is approved'. WTF. It's my domain and I wish to leave you, you don't approve it, I do. Your company is awful, you're worse than pirates holding innocent folk hostage.
@DeftManc I am sorry to hear about your issues. You can contact us directly at 888-642-0209 and talk to a representative who can speed up this process for you. ^cn
@netsolcares You can stick your 888 number up your arse. How about having online support that is responsive, something that doesn't involve me having to spend more money with your awful company? I am in the UK, you're in the US. We have the internet, we don't need to call.
@DeftManc I am terribly sorry for this! If you have a ticket number, I'd be happy to step in facilitate the support you need. If not please submit a request online at [networksolutions.com/help/current-s…] and reply here with the ticket number. Thanks! ^a.f
@netsolcares 4 pages of bullshit, scare tactics and nonsense in order to transfer a domain. That's if you're canny enough to navigate the nonsense! Count them. Absolute fucking joke. It's 2018, not 2001. #feartactics#awfulsalestechnique
@DeftManc@netsolcares Oh I feel the pain. It is the most annoying company I came across. I don't even have those buttons since we can't make our self the primary contact.
@codeod@netsolcares If you do a quick WhoIs of the registrant you'll find primary contact details, then you'll have to email them copies of passport etc... then make a call confirming the ID of the person who's documents you sent...it's a tough slog. Simply not a company fit for purpose.
@netsolcares@DeftManc@DeftManc Thanks for the adwise to search whois on the domain. Unfortunately all of the data is set to "Statutory Masking Enabled". Yeah this is not even my domain. I am helping a friend of the family who got no computer knowledge to take control over his own domain.
