@DeftManc @netsolcares I have been trying to help a customer of mine to leave them for years. I can't handle the anger every time so I give up. And then try another year. My god this is annoying.

@netsolcares I've been trying to leave you for over 2 months, you held my account hostage for 60 days, you now keep me another 3 days. Truly awful service. Worse than a 90's mobile phone contract.

@webdotcom is also completely unprofessional and have no clue what customer support is. Or they just don't care when they know their customers is locked in and can not leave them without their help

@netsolcares Another thing you could improve is to answer emails when I send you to you regarding a ticket. Or is it not possible to answer tickets by email?

@netsolcares I highly doubt that you would be able to help me. But one thing you could do is to take away the stupid rule on your request primary contact change instructions. Do not ask swedish people to have the exact address on their photo id. There are never any address on our photo ids!
