@dat_plug From what I've seen from both teams is they play very similar. Strong defensive team with good paint protection with unselfish superstars, always wanting what's best for the team. To me it's going to come down to which superstar plays the best. Great matchup, excited for it.

@dat_plug The center piece of that teams literally is the main reason cmon man

@dat_plug Ton équipe s’est branler toute la soirée sur le mvp de ton meneur … Game 1 Spurs !

Mainly from a matchup perspective. Okc not an elite shooting team, and pretty inconsistent from 3, which is one of the only ways to beat the spurs consistently as wemby walls off the paint. Either way going to be a dogfight, but if Okc struggles from deep against more physical defenders I could see that being an issue for them.
English

@dat_plug They matchup perfectly with them, its not crazy to think that the Spurs will beat them?
English

OKC fan here. Heart says OKC, head says Spurs. Reason being, they match up extremely well against us personnel wise and their strength/weaknesses work really well against our strength/weaknesses.
They shoot a ton of open/corner 3’s, we are one of the worst teams at leaving shooters open. We utilize the paint a ton, they have an 8 foot demi god guarding the paint. It’s just a bad matchup. OKC has to play extremely disciplined, force a lot of turnovers, and knock down their open 3’s to win this series.
English

@dat_plug Wemby presents a unique problem that no other team in the league can present and they have struggled against it.
English

@dat_plug Can anyone who believes that the OKC are beating Spurs tell me why?
English

@dat_plug they been the best defense this playoffs and they are deeper offensively than okc
English

@dat_plug I think we're winning (Okc fan),but they still have really solid reasons to believe they'll win, might be the greatest series ever
English

@dat_plug Idk if they will but they r the only team just as deep as okc
English

@dat_plug I’m a spurs fan, that’s the main reason. But logical reasons is just our team is set up to beat OKC, OKC give up the most 3 balls in the corner than any other team in the playoffs, their perimeter defence is great but when people get into the paint their corner defenders pull in
English

@dat_plug You guys were pushed to 7 with a lesser team than Spurs in the finals last year. Spurs are better and have someone who is a literal anomaly when it comes to taking up space and blocking baskets.
If Indy took you to 7 with their best player being Siakam and Hali, Spurs can.
English

@dat_plug Their absolute domination against them in the regular season? Dylan Harper and Stephon Castle playing the way they are? And their coach mogs?
English

@dat_plug They are generally equal in overall skill and depth, aside from spurs having a slightly weaker bench. From previous matchups we have seen that SGA has a harder time selling contact into the spurs interior defense and Chet crumbles offensively into wemby. Spurs in 6 or okc in 7
English

@dat_plug I believe the Spurs can win. Spurs have the slight edge on talent, and the ceiling for that talent is higher. Other than home court advantage, the Spurs’ inexperience is the strongest argument OKC has right now and that inexperience has not really held Spurs back at this point.
English

@dat_plug Bro we have beaten yall 4 times, it’s not the same as play offs but you acting like the spurs are straight chumps. This is gonna be a good back in forth series most likely let’s enjoy it and not act like one is 100% gonna run away with it.
